Pre-moistened sterile wipes for effective prevention
of infections in chronic and critically ill patients.
Does not require water, rinsing or drying.

Chronic and critical patients often present inflamed, fragile, injured skin and are particularly susceptible to Hospital Acquired Infections (HAIs) because of their underlying diseases or invasive monitoring. It is important to treat these patients with devices that ensure efficiency and safety.
Easyderm® is a Medical Device Class IIa sterile indicated for daily body cleansing and hydration of critical patients and effective prevention of infections.
Does not require water, rinsing or drying.

Areas of use

Total body, including:
Chronic wounds (bedsores, stage I°-III°).
Venous and arterial ulcers.
Tracheotomy.Ano preternatural.
PEG or PEJ.
Insertion of central venous catheters.
Mucosal membranes.Eyes

Active Ingredients

Aloe barbadensis leaf extract
Linoleamidopropyl pg-dimonium chloride phosphate (Phospholipid EFA)
Allantoin

Technical features

Wipe in soft viscose to provide:
- High absorbency of skin impurites.
- High resistence to stretch and torsion to avoid tearing of the wipe.
- Maximum softness to avoid skin irritation.
High solution content in each wipe

Indications of use

Patients at risk, such as those affected by: Ischemic heart disease
Cerebrovascular disease
Irradiation therapy
Gastrointestinal hemorrhage
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Also at risk are patients:
Who have undergone major surgery
Those who are in adult or pediatric Intensive Care Units; the HAIs rate in these areas is approximately three times higher than elsewhere in hospitals.
Patients are also at risk if they are:
Mechanically ventilated
Intubated
With an invasive drainage/catheterConnected to monitoring devices
